Customer Service: Seven operators are at your full disposal ready to respond to your service queries by providing possible suggestions so that you can resolve issues of minor dysfunctions of your systems directly. A database with historical data of all our customers enables us to follow all your products and simplifying service times. Our Customer Service reps will contact you to set an appointment by telephone, email or text. Service requests can also be forwarded by filling out the form provided in the website under the Request assistance section.

Technical and sales department: at the disposal of technical firms, directors, plumbers, fitters and clients for plant engineering and regulatory queries.

Our technical team: 31 qualified technicians constantly attend training courses of production firms, as well training courses within the company. Their services are subject to random checks to ensure that the quality requirements of the company are met. Our information system processes appointments and locates vans in order to optimise service demands, hence providing a quick, professional service.

Spare part warehouse: 450 mq where two expert stockmen manage over 4,500 genuine items, one for each sector, relying on a vertical stacking robotised warehouse Modula System Logistics. We are an authorised centre of spare parts to the public. Administration and Secretary Office: 4 assistants.

Two facilities: Parma located in Via Gaetano Scirea 2 area, open to the public from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Branch of San Secondo Parmense located in Via Cefalonia 2, open to the public from Monday through Friday from 8:300 am until 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm until 6:00pm, closed on Thursday.
